Greetings and welcome. Looking forward to the 2024-2025 season!

I hit the ground running at the 35th Annual Timpanogos Storytelling Festival in Lehi, Utah.

My adaptation of Six Triple-Eight, the inspiring story of the first all Black WAC Battalion ever assigned to military duty in Europe during WWII received standing ovations at the National Storytelling Festival, Story Arts in Indianapolis, Flatwater Tales Festival in Oak Ridge, TN, and Timpanogos in Utah. Their contributions to the country went unacknowledged until recent years. The few surviving members - now centenarians - were recently awarded the Congressional Gold Medal.

While I made the decision to “Lay Down my Baton” after 30 consecutive seasons of hosting Sound All Around, The Philadelphia Orchestra’s Preschool concert series, 2024-2025 marks my 34th season working The Philadelphia Orchestra, my fourth as the orchestra’s Official Storyteller, Narrator and Host. While I will be absent from the Academy of Music Ballroom, I will still appear onstage in Marian Anderson Hall with the orchestra for selected Family and Subscription concerts. It was my honor to have been the host of the preschool series for 3 decades. My sincere gratitude to the orchestra administration for 30 years of support!

Another season highlight was my induction into the South Philadelphia High School Cultural Hall of Fame! This puts me in rare air with fellow alum - Marian Anderson. Um, no, we were not in the same graduating class!

You can visit Siegel Artist Management at siegelartist.com or contact Jennifer@siegelartist.com for bookings. Check my Artist Toolkit when you visit. My contact information can be found on the Contacts Page.

Presenters, you are welcome to use the information here – including bio and photos – to promote upcoming appearances at your venue.

Given the transition from CD’s to USBs, QR codes, downloading and streaming, I may temporarily close the Store Page at the end of the year and offer updated options for accessing any recordings.

Also take a moment to visit the Global Health Media website and click on the Maternal, Newborn Care, Family Planning or Diabetes Care Video series. I have narrated well over 100 health- training videos that are used by healthcare workers in rural areas in developing countries. The videos have several hundred million views. I am proud to be a part of nurse Deborah VanDyke’s genius, life-saving project.

Again, thanks for visiting the site and I hope to see you – in-person or virtually - at your school, university, museum, theater, festival or concert hall in the near future.
